WenQi & I walked abt TM (I bought sum stuff there) as she wanted to waste time b4 I went 2meet David for shopping @ Wisma, Taka, HMV & Bugis.

I hv been doing crazy shopping since Tues b4 I start scrimping & saving to pay ppl for the Project Superstar votes thingy. I saw a fellow 1st 3mths SRJC sch mate (frm 1A01) @ Coffee Bean @ Taka. I was late for 40mins & I had to treat David la.. Wa lao eh!

Anw, I muz start saving le.. *Sigh* I oways vote den the person(*s) go out.. Sooo suay!

I met up wif Jon @ our hse area & we took a cab to Novena as he was going to the National Skin Centre for a while (& I dropped by the temple where my grandma’s tablet is).

On our way to the bus stop (wif Jon’s mum as well by then) to go to 2nd Mini, an old lady fell down on the road opposite the Skin Centre! We were horrified! Jon’s mum did an unglam run while Jon tried to run & I strolled there to help her. A secondary sch girl was oso helping her by carrying her legs while I carried her head (to no avail however). Eventuali, we put her @ the middle of the 2 roads where there were trees. Tt was wen we realize tt it was a wrong idea! Oops! They carried her to the place outside the petrol stn & we left.

Jon said tt mayb my grandma went in2 the old lady’s body to tok to me. I was like "No la, where got sooo accurate?" I fell very sad 4her b’cos her skin was like sagging like crazy. I hope I dun end up lidat wen I grow old. Choi!

We took a cab outside 2nd Mini to Republic Plaza & the old man (the driver) cheated our $ by turning a big round by gg to Orchard & then to Raffles Place. F*** him lor! Seriously! Do u tink we duno our rds? He could hv gone frm River Valley there la!

Aft we left the gym, we went to Raffles City S.C for ban (3) mian (4) b4 gg home.

WenQi accompanied me 2shop @ TM & Century Square b4 she met up wif her mum (we had lotsa different types of bread as early teatime).

Jon was very bored & so he came over 2my place 2relax. We ate drank, played games & danced 2music. I guess I was too stressed out frm studying so I enjoyed myself dis aftnn.

Jon & I din go California Fitness 2day b’cos it was raining so we went shopping instead. Anw, we went CK Tang (2 buy M.A.C stuff for WenQi’s mum & myself) & Lido b4 leaving for PS to meet Roselle.

I went to TM alone 2buy WenQi’s Kose oil blotter for her (aft advertising 2her). Sing Yee accompanied me to the traffic light outside Century Square b4 leaving to meet Nadia. I met Gerald & kY & we shopped ard 2gether @ TM for a while b4 leaving for home. We met Justin (OYL) @ the bus interchange on our way to take a bus home.

Gladys, & the 3 of us went to Mac to study in the evening.

I saw the 2 outlets of Carl’s Jr in Singapore (finali) on my way to California Fitess by cab today: 1 outside Pan Pacific Hotel near Marina Square & the other 1 @ the AIA Building near Republic Plaza @ Raffles Place.

I went to Bugis to meet Steven (the guy frm Artistry) @ Ajisen dining aft gym to discuss abt the make-up stuff & he told me abt Eddie Funkhouser, a famous make-up artist frm the US.

Anw, I went to buy the Beaute De Kose tissue oil blotter (I went to the wrong 1 @ 1st, Kanebo! It’s not as gd I muz say & I was shocked tt I even stepped in2 the counter unknowingly) b’cos it is known 2b 1 of the most absorbent oil blotters in the mkt. There was an AJ guy hu bought it wen I went there too so I tink its trustable. I used 1 piece on my way home & it reali absorbed all the oil & sweat tt I had on my face (my face wasnt tt oily as I used liquid foundation but it could absorb the oil trapped b/w my face & the foundation! My verdict: IT’S REALI GD

Gerald, kY & I studied in the evening @ a new private place (nearer to Gladys’ hse) aft we had fries & drinks @ the old study place (the windy place near the highway). We had prata for supper @ abt 11.50pm b4 going home.

I attended mass @ 6.30pm & I had dinner aft tt b4 going home. Wat a boring day!

I felt so sad tt Hong Jun Yang went out of the competition!!! I’m sooo damned sad la.. My $ fly away lidat. Its not 1-2 or a few calls lor.. Sucks la.. Jun Yang lost his composure & teared. I oso shed sum but its ok. I’m sure HE WILL GET A RECORDING CONTRACT SUMHOW & DO WELL IN ALBUM SALES! Anw, Kelly got in2 the grand finals instead of Xin Hui (the former’s got more charisma onstage so I wasn’t surprised but nonetheles, I was sad tt the best vocalist din get in2 the grand finals for both the guys & the girls competition). *Sigh*

I had my NAPFA re-test & I finali got a bronze (I scored 11.35 min for 2.4km, wasting 20 sec or so tying my shoe laces). Anw, Faliq & I went shopping for Charlotte’s gift & we bought her quite glam stuff. Hope she’ll like it.

I muz start saving b’cos the sms-es to Jun Yang’s a toil on me la.. Imagine abt S$700 plus sms-es to Xin Hui tonite.

Xin Hui was obviously the stronger singer as she’s the ultimate powerhse hu can pull off X-tina’s songs & Chang Huei Mei’s songs, unlike Kelly, hu did Chang Huei Mei injustice.

Kelly scored 41 for her 1st song (the change frm slow music to fast music wif the same song) & Xin Hui scored 42 wif her rendition of "Ku(1) Bu(4) Chu(1) Lai(2)" (Can’t Cry Out Loud wen directly translated).

For the English song, Kelly stumbled, wif oni 37 marks, compared to Xin Hui’s 41.5. The latter carried the song "Beautiful" by X-tina VERY WELL.

The featured song was sum song by Angela Chang & Kelly scored a disappointing 38 while Xin Hui scored a distinctive 44, rendering her the winner in the judges’ hearts. Tt was all tt mattered, seriously, b’cos the judges r professional, so their views matter more (although it can b crappy sumtimes).

Kelly’s avg din even hit 40, wif a poor 38.7 while Xin Hui scored a bright 42.5. 100+ votes were dedicated to her frm me tonite. Haha! I hope tt she wins but Kelly has got more supporters b’cos she looks more sweet & so on. Wadeva. But Kelly’s quite gd I muz say, jux not gd enuf.

Btw, Ye(4) Pei(4) Fen(4), the oni female judge in the show, pronounced "Mariah Carey’ as "Mariah Cara" (how unglam)! I guess ignorance is not bliss sumtimes! Haha!

Both Jun Yang & Kelvin were sick today for the show: The former had a sore throat while the latter had a blocked nose.

Both contestants faired poorly in the 1st round: A Mandarin song of their choice. Jun Yang got 34.5 (out of 50) while Kelvin got 34.

Jun Yang won the 2nd round (An English song of their choice) wif Blue’s "If You Come Back" & he received 43 while Kelvin’s song was quite nasal again & received 37.

Jun Yang was obviously the winner in the hearts if the judges as he scored a record-high of 44.5 in his last song "Tong(2) Hua(4)" (the featured song sung by Guang(1) Liang(2) aka Michael). Kelvin paled in comparison & scored a low 40.

Jun Yang’s avg score was 40.7 while Kelvin’s was 37. Anw, there’ll b 1010 votes or so for Jun Yang alr. Haha! S$600+ gone! But it’s worth it if it can secure a place for Jun Yang in the grand finals!

Jun Yang’s 3rd song reali touched me. His 2nd song showed tt he can do well in a boyband. His 1st song exposed his weak side (he has nv gone out of tune to an uncomfortable extent, which almost all contestants hv done). All the best Jun Yang! I’ve done all I can le!
